Investor Questionnaire
All investors must qualify as an Accredited Investor, as defined by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Are you an accredited investor?
An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person, includes anyone who:
earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years,and reasonably expects the same for thecurrent year, OR
has a net worth over $1 million, either alone ortogether with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).

Investor Questionnaire

When you initially set out to purchase a new home, the real estate agent(s) and home seller will want to know you affordability.
Note: There’s absolutely no obligation to use our in-house lender. For sake of all parties time & effort we want buyer to get pre-qualify & pre-approved by our in-house lender.
But don’t forget to shop around with other banks and brokers as well to ensure you obtain the lowest mortgage rate possible! 

What Is a Mortgage Pre-Qualification?​

  • That doesn’t require a credit pull.
  • Or any verified information such as tax documents or bank statements
  • Simply a first-step to get the ball rolling.

What Is a Mortgage Pre-Approval?
  • A more official process to see if you qualify for a mortgage.
  • That requires a credit check from the lender.
  • The review of financial documents.
  • And possibly an automated underwrite.

We want all our client to get pre-qualified by our inhouse mortgage lender to received our well research possible listings. 
We want all our client to get pre-approved from our inho​​use mortgage lender & show us proof of funds for downpayment for our real estate team to set-up showing appointment.

SBA-LOANS​​​

The 7(a) Loan Program is SBA’s primary program for helping start-up and existing small businesses, with financing guaranteed for a variety of general business purposes. SBA does not make loans itself, but rather guarantees loans made by participating lending institutions. In this way, taxpayer funds are only used in the event of borrower default. This reduces the risk to the lender but not to the borrower, who remains obligated for the full debt, even in the event of default.
